Inventory Inquiry

The Inventory Inquiry option provides three handy ways to check on the status and movement of inventory. If the Inventory Labels setting has been set to Y (Y=yes) in Inventory Options for Inventory Inquiry, the option to print labels will also be available.

Inventory inquiries display the current quantities on hand, on hold, on unshipped sales orders, and on shipped sales orders for a given item.

The Inventory Inquiry will also allow you to use the following inquiries about that same item. These inquiries are run from the command options within the Inventory Inquiry option:

• Transactions – This inquiry displays all of the inventory transactions that have occurred since a given date for a single item.
• Transactions Between Dates – This inquiry displays all inventory transactions that have occurred in a given range of dates for the item.
